Service Description
Personalized training designed for women navigating perimenopause, joint sensitivity, or long breaks from exercise. Sessions focus on strength, mobility, balance, and confidence—without high-impact or burnout-style workouts. Some clients choose personal training as a private space to explore movement styles like dance and twerk-inspired fitness—especially if they feel uncomfortable in group classes or prefer a more modest, one-on-one environment. Sessions are always respectful, judgment-free, and tailored to your comfort level, physical ability, and personal or faith-based boundaries.
