Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on any packages, or services. However, we will gladly exchange (credit) for a service or session of equal or lesser value within 21 days of purchase.
For goods and shop products, if any wellness beverage or product is received expired, opened, or faulty, it will be promptly replaced.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — for select coaching programs, training packages, and memberships. Because wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are finances. We currently accept payment plans through Affirm and Paypal.
If you don’t see a plan that works for you, reach out and we’ll explore your options.
What happens if I miss a class or appointment?
We get it — bodies, schedules, and moods change.
As long as you cancel within the required window, your session will be credited so you can rebook. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session.
Respect your time. Respect the space. Respect the circle.
Do you offer shipping for herbal products?
Yes — we offer overnight shipping for fresh herbal juices, wellness shots, and other temperature-sensitive items.
All cold products are packed in sealed, insulated boxes with dry ice packs to keep everything fresh, safe, and potent while in transit. Your order travels protected — like a little bottle of wellness riding first class.
Dry items and shelf-stable blends ship using standard delivery unless otherwise noted.
Local Philly love:
If you’re in Philadelphia, we also offer local delivery on orders over $25, so your wellness can arrive even faster — no shipping, no waiting, just doorstep magic.
Do you offer local pickup?
Absolutely. Local pickup is free and encouraged for fresh herbal beverages, juices, and blends. You’ll receive pickup instructions after checkout after class.
Think of it like walking into your neighborhood apothecary.
Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. Herbal regulations vary widely by country, and we want to stay aligned with safety and compliance.
Can I pay in person?
Yes.
For local sessions, classes, and events, we accept Tap-to-Pay, Wix POS, and Cash App — making it easy whether you’re booking ahead or joining us live.

Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later?
Yes.
We currently support Affirm and Paypal, which allows eligible clients to split their purchase into easy monthly payments for coaching packages, wellness programs, and select services.
Because sometimes your glow-up wants to start now, not after payday.
Why don’t you offer Klarna or Afterpay yet?
Those options are still under review as we scale. We prioritize platforms that protect both you and our small business — so we can keep offering high-quality, heart-centered services without surprise fees sneaking in through the back door.
Is it safe to enter my payment information?
Absolutely.
All transactions are processed through Wix Payments and trusted third-party gateways using secure encryption.
We never see or store your card numbers — only the confirmation that your spot is reserved and your wellness journey has officially begun.
