The Mission
Why Love Yourself Wellness Exists
At Love Yourself Wellness, we believe your body isn’t broken — it just needs the right kind of care. My philosophy centers on three pillars of health & fitness: Nutrition, Exercise, & Wellness. Real transformation doesn’t just change the body — it shifts how you feel in your skin, in your mind, and in your spirit.
-
Nutrition: Eating in ways that support your hormones, fitness goals, and joy — not punishment.
-
Exercising: Movement that feels good on your joints and in your spirit
-
Wellness: Habits that calm your nervous system and rebuild trust with yourself.

Meet Your Coach, Rose
I created Love Yourself Wellness for women who are tired of being told to shrink, struggle, or suffer to feel good in their bodies.
I’m Rose, a certified fitness instructor (AFAA, NASM), Zumba-Certified, and a mindset & wellness coach. I founded Love Yourself Wellness, LLC in Philadelphia to create a space where women of all sizes and ages can feel seen, strong, and supported. My journey began in 2018 with dance fitness — I became a Zumba® Instructor, created Twerkout, blending high-energy HIIT with joy, rhythm, and movement.
It was during the Covid-19 shutdown that I was inspired to increase health awareness through holistic wellness. Thus the Love Yourself Wellness Shoppe opened for herbal remedies to nurture immunity, energy, and balance.
When I saw older clients and those that sought modifications needed room to thrive, I earned both my Zumba Gold and Silver Sneakers certifications. Sadly, despite the joy these within group classes, attendance declined in 2024. This didn't deter me from helping people, so I used the extra time to educate myself. That year, I completed my studies and became a certified Mindset and Wellness Coach through NOOM.
Through all of it, the mantra that kept me going: Love Yourself.
And now, I’d love to help you do the same.
