This virtual session is designed for women who want sustainable, supportive nutrition—not restrictive diets or confusing rules. We’ll talk about how your body, hormones, energy levels, and lifestyle all work together, and how to nourish yourself in ways that actually feel doable. In addition to practical nutrition guidance, these sessions may include holistic and herbal wellness options—such as teas, juices, and natural ingredients that can support digestion, inflammation, energy, stress, and hormonal balance. You’ll leave with simple, realistic strategies you can use right away, whether you prefer food-based changes, herbal support, or a combination of both. This is not about perfection, calorie counting, or cutting out entire food groups. It’s about learning what supports your body best—especially during perimenopause and other seasons of change—so you can feel stronger, steadier, and more in tune with yourself. Sessions are educational, supportive, and tailored to your individual goals, comfort level, and lifestyle. Nutrition coaching provided within scope as a certified Nutrition Coach. No dieting, no deprivation—just practical guidance.
